How to Book a Celebrity for a Convention
Convention guest booking usually flows through talent agents, appearance brokers, or specialist bookers—not the promoter’s general inbox. The 2027 Convention DOC lists 53 booking contacts and 17 talent routes so promoters and vendors know which representative controls a celebrity’s convention calendar.
- Identify the show and its promoter (promoter directory).
- Determine whether the guest is booked via agent, broker, or in-house talent staff.
- Use the DOC’s 53 booking contacts and 17 talent routes for the right inbox.
- Confirm photo-op vs signing format before quoting appearance fees.
