Comic Con Vendor & Artist Alley Guide

Vendor tables and artist alley spots at US comic cons are assigned by each show’s exhibitor or artist-alley coordinator—often with rolling deadlines months before the event. Apply on the official event site, then confirm load-in rules, power, and badge counts in writing.

  • Apply on the official event exhibitor or artist-alley page—not third-party “vendor list” sites.
  • Ask for load-in times, power, table size, badge count, and refund policy in writing.
  • Track deadlines in The 2027 Convention DOC.
  • Match shows to your category: artist alley vs dealer booth vs sponsor packages.
